Rhonda Bucklew - Front Office Manager
Rhonda is the office manager she came to Bel-Cross Properties in 2020. She enjoys spending time with her grandkids, camping, and doing anything outside.
Phachat “A” Wagner, Payables Manager, REALTOR®
“A” is from Chiang Mai, Thailand and graduated in Food Science and Technology from Chiang Mai University.
"A" started working with Bel-Cross as Administrative Assistant in 2008. In 2009 “A” received her National Association of REALTORS’ Real Estate Professional Assistant Designation. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2010.
"A" is the front office manager and accounts payable for Bel-Cross Properties.
Sammie Bucklew, Administrative Assistant
Samantha Bucklew is an Administrative Assistant who joined Bel-Cross in 2021. Samantha is from Tunnelton WV. She graduated from Preston High School. She enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her daughter. In her free time she enjoys ATV riding, drawing, and camping.
Amanda Trusler, Salesperson, GREEN®, GRI®, RSPS®, REALTOR®
Amanda specializes in residential and secondary home sales, with a concentration in Alpine Lake Resort.
She holds a RSPS, GREEN, and GRI designation through the National Association of REALTORS.
Amanda began with Bel-Cross Properties in 2013. She is a native of Preston County with a background in customer service and insurance. Amanda attended Radford University with a concentration in communications.
Jasmin Patrick, Property Manager Supervisor, Salesperson
Jasmin was born at the Naval base in Oakland, California before moving to Parkersburg, WV at the age of 15.
Jasmin attended Fairmont State University with an R.B.A. in Communications.
She joined the Bel-Cross Properties team as the communication director in 2019.
Destiny Sylvester – Salesperson, Property Manager, Leasing Agent, GRI®, REALTOR®
Destiny is a a licensed real estate salesperson and member of The National Association of REALTORS.
Destiny is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology with an emphasis in Social Welfare. She is hard-working, passionate about real estate, and active in our community.
Destiny joined the Bel-Cross team in 2019 as a real estate salesperson and property manager.
Jessica Colebank - Salesperson, GRI®, REALTOR®
Jessica Colebank is a licensed salesperson with Bel-Cross Properties.
Her family moved to Fairmont, West Virginia from a small farming community in Iowa, when I was 12. Her Mother is from Morgantown, and she was happy to return home. Jessica fell in love with the scenery and the people in West Virginia While she lived in a few other states as an adult, she has always come back to West Virginia.
For the last 15 years she have been in the public service field. (First as a 9-1-1 dispatcher in Marion and Monongalia Counties, and then as a law enforcement officer for the last 10 years). While she still enjoys those aspects of my life, she felt led to pursue my real estate license to help others buy a home and make West Virginia the place they want to live and enjoy for a long time.
Michael Farber, Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Salesperson
Michael was born and raised in Morgantown, WV and been in the Real Estate business for over 13 years. He excels in dedication, integrity and professionalism for his clients to ensure the highest experience in home buying and selling. Michael is a recipient of the #1 Top Producing Realtor Award.
Prior to his real estate career, Michael was a motocross racer, Brand Manager for Racer X Illustrated, and Spotter for the Speed Channel's Outdoor Motocross National
Series.
Michael Farber joined the Bel-Cross Properties property management and sales teams in 2022. He is a licensed real estate salesperson and member of the National Association of REALTORS.
Kyla Slaubaugh – Salesperson, Social Media Manager, Front Office Assistant
Kyla was born and raised in Preston County. She began her real estate career as a real estate assistant, where she learned the fundamentals of the industry.
Brendan Hayes, Salesperson, GRI
Brendan joined Bel-Cross Properties in 2019 as a maintenance supervisor, and transitioned into a salesperson specializing in residental and investment properties.
Doug Miller, Leasing Agent, Salesperson, Compliance Specialist, REALTOR®
Doug grew up in the Baltimore, Maryland Area, and after 12 years in the United States Marine Corps, he found his way to Morgantown.
Doug has been in real estate since 2007, helping buyers, sellers, and managing rentals for many owners. Doug joined the Bel-Cross team in 2014. He works with tenants and sales clients. He looks forward to handling all of your real estate needs with great passion and professionalism.

Arthur is the broker and owner of Bel-Cross Properties. He holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI®,) Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), GREEN®, and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation. Arthur is C2EX Endorsed by the National Association of Realtors.
