About Bel-Cross Properties
Bel-Cross Properties was established in 1991 as a property management
firm and has grown to be a leader in property management in the Morgantown
Area. Bel-Cross currently manages over 240 rental units in the Morgantown
area.
As Bel-Cross Properties has grown, the services offered in the residential,
commercial and investor real estate areas have become more specialized.
 The
broker/owner of Bel-Cross Properties is William "Bill"
H. Burton, Jr. He has over 25 years experience in real
estate and is active in the community and the REALTOR®

Bill is past President of the Morgantown Board of REALTORS ® and
the West
Virginia Association of REALTORS ®. He has served as a National
Association of REALTORS ® Director representing the state of West
Virginia, and as the NAR Region 3 Regional Vice President. Bill serves
as a Director of the North Central WV Real Estate Information Network;
a regional multiple listing service serving 12 West Virginia and 2 Pennsylvania
counties. Bill holds the following REALTOR® designations: CRB - Certified
Real Estate Brokerage Manager, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist,
and GRI - Graduate Realtors Institute, ARM ® - Accredited Residential
Manager ABR ® - Accredited Buyers Representative, ABRM ® - Accredited Buyers Representative Manager.
Bill graduated from West Virginia University with a Masters of Business Administration.
He has a BS in Agriculture from The Ohio State University and an AAS in Transportation
and Physical Distribution from Westmoreland County Community College.
Locally, Bill is a Director for the Monongalia County Development Authority and the Morgantown Utility Board. He is a graduate of the Mon-Valley Tri State
Leadership Academy on economic development, Leadership
Monongalia and Leadership West
Virginia. In past years, Bill has been active in youth baseball, Boy
Scouts of America, and Habitat for Humanity.
