About Bel-Cross Properties

Bel-Cross Properties was established in 1991 as a property management firm and has grown to be a leader in property management in the Morgantown Area. Bel-Cross currently manages residential apartments and houses, office space, storage buildings, and homeowner associations. In addition to this, they list and sell all types of property and land.

Bill is past a President of the Morgantown Board of REALTORSŪ, the West Virginia Association of REALTORSŪ, and the North Central WV Real Estate Information Network (MLS); a regional multiple listing service serving 12 West Virginia counties and 2 counties in Pennsylvania. He has served as a Nation Association of REALTORSŪ (NAR) Director representing West Virginia and as the NAR Region 3 Vice President representing WV, DC, DE, MD, and VA. The Morgantown Board honored Bill as their REALTORŪ of the Year in 1988 and 1998 and the West Virginia Association honored Bill in 1998 as the State REALTORŪ of the Year. Bill believes strongly in education and holds nine (9) NAR designations and certifications:

  • Bill graduated from West Virginia University with a Masters of Business Administration. He has a BS in Agriculture from The Ohio State University and an AAS in Transportation and Physical Distribution from Westmoreland County Community College.

    Locally, Bill is the Vice Chairperson of the Morgantown Utility Board, is a member of the City of Morgantown Housing Advisory Committee and is a past Director of the Monongalia County Development Authority. He is a graduate of the Mon-Valley Tri State Leadership Academy on economic development, Leadership Monongalia and Leadership West Virginia. In past years, Bill has been active in youth baseball, Habitat for Humanity and the Boys Scouts of America.

    Arthur G. Trusler III is an associate broker and assistant property manager with Bel-Cross Properties. He comes from a real estate background, and came on board with Bel-Cross full time in 2007. Before this he was a real estate agent at the largest real estate firm in the Morgantown area for two years. You can contact Arthur via e-mail at art@belcross.com.

    Arthur has been a member of the Morgantown Board of REALTORSŪ, the NARŪ, and WVARŪ since 2005. Arthur is currently the Morgantown Board of REALTORS president, and writes a weekly column for the Dominion Post. Previous positions that he held were vice-president, chair and co-chair of the technology committee, programs committee, and education committee for the Morgantown board. Arthur also holds a graduate real estate institute designation (GRI,) which allows him to better assist his customers and clients. Also holds an SRES designation, GREEN designation, as well as an ABR designation. All three of these aid him in tailoring his services to his clients' needs.

    Not only is Arthur a fulltime real estate agent, but he also has a background in advertising, and ran an advertising business, AG3 Design. His company produced specialized advertisements for real estate agents and firms. Arthur keeps his eye on current technology advancements. Being tech-savvy helps Arthur keep his buyers and sellers more informed.

     

    Phachat "A" Wagner has been in the United States for 5 years. She is from Chiang Mai, Thailand and graduated in Food Science and Technology from Chiang Mai University. She worked for Lanna Products Co., Ltd in Lamphun, Thailand as the Research and Development Supervisor for 3 years before coming to the United States. She started working with Bel-Cross as Administrative Assistant in 2008. In 2009 "A" received her National Association of REALTORS' Real Estate Professional Assistant Designation. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2010.

    "A" has been learning the property management aspect of real estate over the last 2 years. She is very friendly, hard working, and energetic.

    Outside of real estate, "A" is also the owner of "@Craft" and produces handmade quilting products. "A" is a self-taught quilter and has been in business for over a year.
