About Us

Bel-Cross Properties was established in 1991 as a property management firm and has grown to be a leader in property management in the Morgantown Area. Bel-Cross Properties is the only local member of both the National Association of REALTORS® and National Association of Residential Property Managers®. Bel-Cross currently manages residential apartments and houses, office space, commercial buildings, storage buildings, and homeowner associations.

Belcross OfficeIn addition to property management, we list and sell all types of real estate, ranging from single family homes to commercial buildings to vacant land. We specialize in buyer representation, and take a limited number of listings so that we can best serve our clientele.

We are a member of the North Central West Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service which allows us access to all real estate listed by member firms, as well as, provides our listings to the local and global real estate community. We also have a heavy Internet presence which sends our listings to many potential buyers and renters.

REALTORS® at Bel-Cross Properties, LLC regularly participate in continuing education causes for business and leadership development and for real estate industry designations. The additional knowledge and experience obtained from continuing education sets us apart from all others in the real estate field.

Albert Claudio III, Sales Agent, REALTOR®
Albert has been a real estate professional since 2008. He is originally from Morgantown, WV and has a great knowledge and understanding of the Morgantown area. Albert joined the Bel-Cross team in 2013. In 2005 Albert started his own company 2005, A3 Services, a real estate services company which he still owns and operates today. Albert is a full time real estate agent and assistant property manager. Doug Miller, Property Manager, Sales Agent, REALTOR®
Doug grew up in the Baltimore, Maryland Area, and after 12 years in the United States Marine Corps, he found his way to Morgantown.Doug has been in real estate for over 8 years, helping buyers, sellers, and managing rentals for many owners.Doug joined the Bel-Cross team in 2014. He handles all aspects of real estate from sales to HOA management to apartment showings. He looks forward to handling all of your real estate needs with great passion and professionalism.


Kathy Haddix, Leasing Agent, REALTOR®
Kathy joined the Bel-Cross team in 2011 as a leasing agent. Kathy has been in the real estate business for over 15 years. She always comes to work with a smile, and an upbeat attitude.Outside of real estate, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family.

Ashley Shade, Leasing and Sales Agent, *REALTOR®
Ashley Shade, a licensed real estate agent and member of the The National Association of REALTORS*®*, has been working at Bel-Cross Properties since 2015. She is graduate of West Virginia University, earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting Performance in 2011. Although she still works in the film/stage industry as an actor, director & playwright, she enjoys meeting new people and helping them through the process of finding their perfect place to call home. Whether it be through leasing, buying, or selling, Ashley delivers an exceptional experience for her clients and customers. Outside of work, she likes going to bluegrass & rock concerts, playing music, and watching every obscure film she can get her hands on. She is excited to be part of the Bel-Cross team, and looks forward to forming new relationships with clients and customers.

Phachat “A” Wagner, Office Manager, REALTOR®
“A” is from Chiang Mai, Thailand and graduated in Food Science and Technology from Chiang Mai University. She worked for Lanna Products Co., Ltd in Lamphun, Thailand as the Research and Development Supervisor for 3 years before coming to the United States. She started working with Bel-Cross as Administrative Assistant in 2008. In 2009 “A” received her National Association of REALTORS’ Real Estate Professional Assistant Designation. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2010. She is very friendly, hard working, and energetic.Outside of real estate, “A” is also the owner of “@Craft” and produces handmade quilting products. “A” is a self-taught quilter and has been in business since 2010.

Wanwisa “Nui” Kittichatmatee, Accounts Receivable
Nui is an administrative assistant and in charge of accounts receivable for Bel-Cross Properties, LLC. She is originally from Bangkok, Thailand. She began working with Bel-Cross Properties in 2011.

Amanda Trusler, Administrative Assistant, REALTOR®
Amanda began with Bel-Cross Properties in 2013. She has a background in customer service and insruance.She is a native of Preston County. Amanda attended Radford University with a concentration in communications.Amanda assists with lease signings, HOA and account management.


Melisa Marinelli, Administrative Assistant
Melisa joined the Bel-Cross Properties team in 2015. Originally from Colorado, Melisa served in the US Army as an Administrative Specialist for 3 years. She received an Associate Degree in Medical Assistant/Medical Secretary from WV Junior College. She is a customer-oriented professional with over 30 years of work history in administrative and personal assistant services.”

Courtney Ray Sales Agent, REALTOR®
Courtney Ray is a licensed real estate agent and has been a member of Bel-Cross Properties since April 2016. She is a 2012 graduate of Fairmont State University where she earned a B.S. in Exercise Science and a B.S. in Health Science. In addition to dedicating herself to her clients to ensure their buying or selling experience is a smooth process, she is employed as a Chemist Assistant at Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Morgantown, West Virginia. Outside of her professional life, Courtney enjoys staying fit by biking, kayaking and working out in the gym.

Mark Runnion, Maintenance Supervisor
Mark is a Morgantown native. He started working with Bel-Cross Properties in 2012. Mark has over 20 years of construction and maintenance experience. Mark worked in new construction, as well as, maintenance repair and improvements. Mark has been an avid hobbyist, and musician for over 30 years. He likes spending most of my time off of the job site with his wife and 2 sons.

Arthur G. Trusler III, Broker / Owner, ABR®, GREEN®, GRI®, NARPM®, REALTOR®, SRES®
Arthur is the broker and owner of Bel-Cross Properties, LLC. He grew up with a background in real estate, and has a wide spectrum of experience in the real estate sales and property management fields.Arthur currently co-chairs the City of Morgantown Housing Advisory Commission. He also serves on the West Virginia State Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. He also served as Morgantown Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors, as President of the NCWV REIN MLS, 2011 Morgantown Board of REALTORS president, and wrote a weekly column for the Dominion Post, MBOR’s State Convention Committee, overseeing marketing and education. Other positions that he held for MBOR were vice-president, chair and co-chair of the technology committee, chair of programs committee, MLS Director, and chair of the education committee.

Arthur was the 2013 Morgantown Board of REALTORS®’ REALTOR® of the Year. Arthur has been a member of the Morgantown Board of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and West Virginia Association of REALTORS® since 2005.

Arthur holds a Graduate Real Estate Institute designation (GRI®,) which allows him to better assist his customers and clients. He also holds an Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, GREEN® designation, and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation. All three of these aid him in tailoring his services to his clients’ needs. Also, Arthur is the only member of National Associaiton of Residential Property Management (NARPM®) in the Morgantown area. NARPM® is the professional, educational, and ethical leader in the residential property management industry.Not only is Arthur a fulltime real estate broker and property manager, but he also has a background in advertising, and ran an advertising business, AG3 Design. His company produced specialized advertisements for real estate agents and firms. Arthur keeps his eye on current technology advancements. Being tech-savvy helps Arthur keep his buyers and sellers more informed.
